  • Absolutely—our community is designed for simplicity and ease, with gentle guidance provided. The app can be downloaded on your phone or computer for easy and quick communication. You can also go through a browser for this.

  • Yes, The Garden is carefully moderated to remain a safe, supportive, and calming environment for everyone.

  • Yes, you can gently upgrade or downgrade anytime to best meet your nervous system’s needs. Instructions are in our discord channels in The Garden.

  • You can gently participate as little or as much as feels right for you. Most members find great value even by spending just 10-15 calming minutes a week. However, for the best results, we do recommend spending at least 30-60 minutes per day working on regulating your nervous system.

  • Our workshops gently explore nervous system healing techniques, somatic practices, sleep support, nutrition, emotional processing, boundary-setting, co-regulation, and more.

  • Yes. You’re free to use a screen name, remain quietly in the background, or gently introduce yourself only if and when it feels safe for you.

  • Yes, all premium workshops and Q&A sessions are recorded. This can be accessed through our Heart of the Garden tier so that resources are available anytime that suits your schedule.

    Hi, I’m Dr. McKenzy Brewer.
    I’m a functional medicine practitioner with a deep passion for helping overwhelmed, anxious women gently heal their nervous systems from the inside out. My work is rooted in the belief that your body is always working for you—never against you—and that chronic stress, anxiety, fatigue, and burnout are signals of nervous system dysregulation rather than signs of weakness or brokenness.

    Through years of professional experience and my own personal healing journey, I’ve witnessed firsthand how powerful nervous system healing can be. I specialize in compassionate, holistic methods that gently guide your body back into a state of safety, ease, and balance. By combining functional medicine principles, nervous system regulation techniques, somatic practices, and emotional support, I’ve created this community—The Garden—to be a calming, restorative space where you can gently reconnect with your body, heal deeply stored stress, and finally regain the energy, clarity, and emotional resilience you’ve been longing for.
