The Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is a comprehensive, in-depth session designed to uncover the full picture of your health. During this 60-minute appointment, we will explore your current health concerns, review any medications or supplements you’re taking, and discuss your medical history. We’ll also take a close look at lifestyle factors such as diet, exercise, sleep, stress, and daily routines to understand how they impact your overall well-being.
To make our time together as effective as possible, you’ll receive a detailed health questionnaire to complete at home and submit prior to your consultation. I will review this information beforehand, allowing us to focus on the most important aspects of your health and make the best use of our time during the session.
