Neuroshift Coaching
NeuroShift Coaching is based on the idea that your thoughts can make you sick, or they can make you well. There are so many supplements, protocols, medications, and treatment options that will heal the body from a physical perspective, but when our thoughts are still negative and toxic, it is difficult, if not impossible, to reach our highest potential of wellness.
I believe that optimal health is a combination of mind, body, and spirit. When our brains are stuck in a toxic cycle, like believing the worst will always happen, or thinking from a victim mentality, can cause us to miss out on the best moments of our life as time ticks away. NeuroShift is a method of shifting your mindset and thought patterns to look toward what is going well for you. It is an opportunity to practice gratitude and mindfulness. Once we are in a place of optimal health, we can live out our purpose and share it with the world.
Mind-Body Connection
Conventional treatments often dismiss the mind-body connection, but the truth is, our physical and mental health are intimately intertwined. Polyvagal Theory

This will not only help you build a stronger tolerance to stress, but hopefully take your external circumstances off the hook for your chronic health issues and dysregulation.

Step One
We meet one-on-one and discuss what changes you are looking to make, what life you are striving for, and uncover what may be holding you back.
Step two
After our first consult, we will meet weekly for the next month, and I will create a custom support plan to help you break through old habits, and help you shift your mindset towards growth and change.
Step three
After our fourth meeting, we will assess all progress, and decide on your next steps towards health and happiness.
