What You Can Expect
Each session is tailored to you, but may include:
A nervous system check-in to understand how your body is coping
Gentle somatic practices to begin shifting out of fight/flight/freeze
Brain retraining tools (like the GROVE Method) to rewire chronic stress loops
Breathwork, visualization, or grounding exercises
Emotional validation and support without judgment
A co-regulation experience—you don’t have to do this alone
After your session, you’ll also receive a 30-Day Nervous System Roadmap—a gentle, personalized plan to help you integrate what we practiced together. This might include daily regulation prompts, lifestyle shifts, somatic tools, and space for rest and reflection, so you can continue the work in a way that feels doable and supportive.
These calls are not diagnostic. They are supportive spaces designed to help your system feel what safety, rest, and calm actually feel like again.
